Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, with expertise in infrastructure-as-code (IaC), containerization, and cloud security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

2. Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.

3. Implement and manage containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or Red Hat OpenShift.

4. Ensure cloud security and compliance, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data encryption.

5. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications on cloud infrastructure.

6. Develop and maintain documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.

7. Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for cloud infrastructure.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive cloud innovation.

Desired Skills:

1. Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

2. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.

3. Experience with containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or Red Hat OpenShift.

4. Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance, including IAM, network security, and data encryption.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

6. Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.

7. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including serverless computing, cloud storage, and cloud databases.

Experience:

1. At least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering.

2. At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and containerization.

3. Experience working in Agile development environments.
