Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
1. Facilitating Scrum Events Facilitating Various Scrum events, including Spring Planning.
2. Removing Impediments
3. Monitoring and Tracking
4. Facilitating Collaboration and Communication with the team, Product Owner, and
stakeholders.
5. Coaching and Guiding the Development Team Acting as a mentor to the dev team, helping them understand Scrum principles and values. Ensuring Scrum Practices and Principles are followed.
6. Product Increment Make sure high quality incremental product is delivered into Production for end users. Track/help in end-to-end release, change management process.
7. Product Backlog Refinement / management.
8. Sprint Backlog Part of the product backlog that the team is focusing on their Sprint.
9. Sprint Review and Retrospective To identify the gaps and produce plan for further
Improvement.
10. Release Management Track / help in end-to-end release, change management process.
Skills:
Processes – Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, Theory of Constraints and Change management
Tools – Story writing, Story splitting techniques, Story maps, Retrospective techniques, Story estimation techniques, Forecasting techniques, Dependency identification and mitigation,
Soft skills – Coaching techniques, providing feedback, Communication techniques, Training technique
IBM DPE/Project Manager will interview the resources being proposed from the Supplier, prior to deploying on the project
Supplier will communicate prior intimation to IBM before replacing any of the key resources. In-case of resource rotation, knowledge transition will be owned by the Supplier to the incoming candidate
Knowledge of AI / Machine Learning project experience is Must to have.
