Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Logistics Team – Manage, train, and assign tasks to logistics staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee Shipments – Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods, both inbound and outbound.
- Track and Monitor Deliveries – Keep track of orders, shipments, and deliveries to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with Suppliers and Customers – Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transporters to resolve any issues.
- Optimize Logistics Operations – Improve the efficiency of the logistics process by optimizing routes and reducing costs.
- Ensure Compliance – Make sure shipments meet legal and regulatory requirements, including customs and documentation.
- Manage Inventory – Ensure stock levels are maintained and order replenishments as needed.
- Maintain Documentation – Prepare and maintain necessary shipping, customs, and transportation documents.
- Monitor Performance – Track key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management.
- Resolve Problems – Address any operational issues or delays that arise and implement solutions.
