Job Description :
1. Preparing and posting of job advertisement
2. Screen and evaluate job applications
3. Understand the client’s requirements and refine the application.
4. Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
5. Coordination of interview arrangement between clients and candidates
6. Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
7. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
8. Contribute ideas to improve processes and overall sales and marketing strategies.
9. Research marketing trends and competitor activity
10. Performance incentives rewarded for successful deals.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred .
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
· Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practice
· Singapore employment agency license (CEI certificate) is compulsory.
